Description de la mission

Identifiability (reps., observability) are properties of a dynamical system model reflecting whether it is in principle possible to reconstruct the parameter values (resp, the state) from the observations. This property plays an important role in the experimental design since its lack typically implies that an exact reduction of the parameter (resp., state) space is possible.
The goal of the internship would be to perform the identifiability analysis on an exhaustive list of compartment models aiming at finding and analyzing common patterns and important examples.

Profil recherché

The interns is expected to
- have programming experience in Python or Julia (experience with SymPy and/or Oscar is an advantage)
- now basics of discrete algorithms
