This internship is a 5 months contract running from May 1 to Sep 30, 2021.
This is 100% remote, we do not have offices.
This internship is paid (500€/month) but we don’t provide a laptop.
We welcome applicants based in Ile de France or enrolled in an Ile de France higher education structure.

The mission for this role is to help the Remotive audience find remote jobs.
It’s all about making the community happy by providing the best service possible.
A big part of it is running Remotive software and database behind the scenes!

For this role, we’re looking for a self-starter who’s outspoken, opinionated, and energized by the opportunity to think quickly on their feet each day as we build relationships and ensure our customers succeed at using Remotive. We’ve found that the right path to helping our customers isn’t always laid out clearly with a map and compass, so a strong ability to take initiative and think on your feet is key.

We’re passionate about improving Remotive through feedback from customers to build solutions that generate the most impact.

What you'll be doing:

- Data entry in our Back-office (Odoo): adding jobs and maintaining our database. We’re looking at adding a volume of 26-30 jobs per day, meaning 780-900 jobs per month in a variety of categories (more guidance will be provided).
- Working closely with Adrien & Rodolphe to escalate bugs and customer feedback.
- Updating our popular shared spreadsheets at least twice a month. (here and there)
- Collaborating with your team daily over asynchronous channels like email and Slack, and twice a month over live video syncs.
- Growing as a technical support professional as you learn the ins-and-outs of Remotive and Remote Work
- Possibly help out with social media, including handling Twitter and/or Buffer.

Profil recherché

Helpful Skills and Experience

Prior Data Analyst and/or Customer Success experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Attention to detail.
Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in written form.
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
Enjoys circumstances where the right answer isn’t always obvious and gets satisfaction out of helping others.
High standards and openness to “criticism and ideas”.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a self-directed way.
Love of a fast-moving environment.
