Description de la mission
At Luko, Lukooms'forces are divided into 3 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.
As part of the NPS Tribe (Net Promoter Score), you are the point of contact for our customers. Together with the tech team, the Claims team and the Customer Service team, you are responsible for always providing the best service to our customers: simple, transparent and caring. As a Business Operations intern you will be joining a team focused on scaling up one of the hottest B2C startup in Europe!

A first experience in startup (appreciated)
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)in French AND English
Very analytical: mastering command of Excel and ideally some SQL knowledge

High degree of autonomy, drive and energy
Getting things done attitude, self starter with willingness to roll up sleeves and execute fast
Creative, able and willing to come up with ideas outside the box
