Tony Donoghue receives the Press prize of Clermont-Fermand
Present in Fife on 2008, Tony Donoghue is rewarded for his short film " A Film From My Parish – 6 Farms " to Clermont Ferrand's festival.
Tony Donoghue had come to present his movie " In Movie From My Parish - 6 Farms" for the first time in France. It was ini the international Festival of the movie of environment in 2008.
The 32nd festival of the short film of Clermont-Ferrand in 2010 rewarded him. Hereceived the distinction of the Prize Press.
The movie " In Movie From My Parish - 6 Farms" redraws the story of six farms in the County of Tipperary from the Munster to Ireland. It was realized with an extremely light equipment: a digital camera and a recorder mini--disc.
The opportunity to say that any local school can realize similar projects. " I tried as much as possible to show members of the family of origin in the final editing. Everybody in the movie comes in any case from the municipality. "
