Links have been inserted to make it easier for Internet users who use voice synthesis or refreshable Braille display.
 
Breadcrumbs
A breadcrumb is automatically placed at the top of the page below the main menu. It enables you to locate the page that you are currently in, view the path you have followed to get there and to go backwards if necessary.

The logo
The logo placed at the top left of each page takes you back to the site homepage.

Keyboard shortcuts and customised display
Use the keyboard shortcut keys for rapid access to key pages on the site:

• key 1 brings you to the homepage,
• key 2 brings you to the “news” page,
• key 3 brings you to the “site plan” page,
• key 4 brings you to the search engine,
• key 6 brings you to the “help” page,
• key 7 brings you to the “contacts” page,
• key 8 brings you to the “legal wording” page,
• key 0 brings you to the list of keyboard shortcuts.

Using keyboard shortcuts with Windows (PC)

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 and higher: press simultaneously on key "Alt", "Maj" and the shortcut key. Press “Enter” to confirm.
  
  
• With Netscape 6 and higher, press simultaneously on key "Alt" and the shortcut key. Press “Enter” to confirm.
  
  
• With Mozilla Firefox, press simultaneously on key "Alt", "Maj" and the shortcut key.

Using keyboard shortcuts with Mac OS X(Macintosh)

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and higher: press simultaneously on key "Crtl" and the shortcut key. Press “Enter” to confirm.

Making text size bigger or smaller
A default size is defined for each text component on the site. You can adjust this size very easily by modifying your browser options.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer
  Go into the “Display” menu, “Text size” heading or use the wheel on your mouse, pressing down on the "Ctrl" key, to make the characters on the site larger or smaller.
  
  
• Netscape 6 and higher
  Go into the “Display” menu then "Zoom text"
  
  
• Mozilla Firefox
  Go into the “Display” menu, “Text size” heading

Browsing with a tabulation key

You can browse throughout the site without using a mouse.
Simply use the tabulation, or "Tab" key (on the left of your keyboard), and this will allow you to move from link to link throughout the page, in the following order: top to bottom and left to right.
Use the “Enter” key to activate the current link.
Finally, use the “down” and “up” arrows to go up or down the current page.

Downloads and document readers

Plug-ins are little programs used to extend a browser’s functionalities and allow it to display a certain type of content: video (Quicktime plug-in), animations or interactive games (Flash, Shockwave...), certain sound or text file formats (Winamp, Acrobat Reader...).
If you are using a recent browser version, some plug-ins may be pre-installed, in which case you will not need to carry out any further manipulation or download.

• To view PDF files, you will need the free Adobe Reader program (formerly Acrobat Reader), which you can download from the following address: www.adobe.com.
  
  
• To view Flash animations, you will need the free Adobe Flash player program (formerly Macromedia Flash Player) which you can download from the following address: www.adobe.com.
